This is a digital-only product and No refunds will be issued after purchase.

You can Modify, Re-texture, and customize the base for personal use.

You can use this base as your V-tuber/streaming model. You must always credit back to (@Bubblegumbark.gay) on bluesky and this must be visible on your streaming page as long as you are using the base.

You can take commissions to re-texture, customize or edit the base as long as BOTH parties have purchased the model and credit to (@Bubblegumbark.gay) on bluesky is given when posting.

You understand that the base has been created for VRCHAT and using in other 3D chat clients/programs may cause issues that I cannot resolve or offer refunds for.

YOU MAY UPLOAD THESE AVATARS AS PUBLIC AS LONG AS YOU CREDIT ME!
You must have a basic knowledge of Unity/Blender/Substance Painter and other 3D software, which is required to upload and/or retexture and customize the avatar.

You cannot resell the base or redistribute the base files in any way.

The same applies to images, draw-overs, videos, etc. You may not sell these products if MY work is the main image or theme.

You are not allowed under any circumstances to make edits to the base that could cause offense or be deemed hateful. This includes but is not limited to racist, antisemitic, homophobic, transphobic, culturally insensitive edits, or imagery.

You are not allowed under any circumstances to use the base as part of an NFT
