By purchasing this base, you understand and agree to the following Terms of service.

This is a digital-only product and No refunds will be issued after purchase.

You can Modify, Re-texture, and customize the assets for personal use.

You understand that these assets have been created for VRCHAT and using them in other 3D chat clients/programs may cause issues that I cannot resolve or offer refunds for.

You must have a basic knowledge of Unity to attach the assets to your avatar.

You cannot resell the assets in any way.

You may use these assets on any avatars. Credit is preferred but not required, especially for public avatars.

Ideally, if you take a commission and use the asset, the commissioner should also own the assets.

You are not allowed under any circumstance to make edits to the assets that could cause offense or be deemed hateful. This includes but is not limited to racist, antisemitic, homophobic, transphobic, culturally insensitive edits, or imagery.

You are not allowed under any circumstance to use the assets as part of an NFT
